1) WHITE FLAVOUR CHOCOLATE

2) MILK FLAVOUR CHOCOLATE

Milk chocolate made by combining liquor, cocoa butter, sugar, flavouring and condense or poured milk. The overall taste of milk chocolate is altogether sweeter than dark chocolate. It gets a smooth and velvety taste and texture.

3) DARK FLAVOUR CHOCOLATE
Dark chocolate contains a high content of cocoa solids and or a very little milk around 12%. Dark chocolate is the best of all from possessing antioxidant to all Flavors, from power booster to health relief benefits it fits for all. It can be used for baking cakes, cookies, brownies etc. It sometimes refer to as a semi sweet chocolate or black and is less sweet than milk chocolate. 4) BITTERSWEET FLAVOUR CHOCOLATE
As its name indicates, it’s often a little more bitter than dark chocolate or semisweet chocolate. Bittersweet chocolate generally contains less sugar than semisweet chocolate. Different bittersweet chocolate contains different cocoa content depending on the brand. A normal bittersweet chocolate contains at least 35% of cocoa whereas a good quality contains 60-75% of cocoa solids. Bittersweet chocolate is even the most popular among adults and younger as it is best known for fat cutter.
